Enterprise Customers: If you are accessing or using the FlowRx proprietary SaaS platform on behalf of a pharmacy or healthcare organization pursuant to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Business Associate Agreement (BAA), the terms of those specific agreements shall govern your use of the platform and shall supersede these Website Terms in the event of any conflict.
2. Modifications to Terms
FlowRx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on this page and indicate the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Services Provided & No Medical Advice
FlowRx offers AI automation solutions for pharmacies, including tools that streamline operations, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance decision-making processes (the “Services”).
No Medical Advice or Clinical Decision Support: You acknowledge that the Services utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated processing technologies ("AI Technologies"). These AI Technologies are assistive tools designed to support, not replace, the professional judgment of licensed pharmacists and pharmacy personnel. You retain sole responsibility for reviewing, validating, and approving any outputs or recommendations generated by the AI Technologies before implementation. You shall not rely on AI Technologies as the sole basis for clinical decisions affecting patient care. FlowRx is not a healthcare provider, and our Services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All materials on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software (collectively, the “Content”), are the property of FlowRx or its licensors.

For general Website visitors, our total liability shall not exceed $100. For enterprise clients, liability is strictly governed and capped by the terms of your executed Master Services Agreement.
